FESTIVE PARTY PACKAGES

Come celebrate the winter season with friends, family, or coworkers on one of our fun festive party packages!

As well as serving a selection of hot and cold drinks and homemade cakes, we have a BYOB policy - we can provide glasses! You are welcome to bring along a few nibbles too.

Party packages are available every day at 10:30am, 1pm, or 3:30pm (Star Package only available on weekdays) and each session is 1.5 - 2 hours long. For groups spending £250+ we can run evening sessions from 6pm or 6:30pm every weekday excluding Thursdays and weekends.

Christmas Tree Package - £20 per person

1.5 hours long. Minimum 12 painters to book private party space.

Paint a hanging decoration - a choice of baubles, flat character ornaments (think reindeers, santa etc), stars and hearts, perfect for hanging on the tree or just around your house!

For groups of between 6-40 people.

Your pottery will be ready 8-10 days after painting.

Secret Santa Package - £25 per person

1.5 - 2 hours long. Minimum 10 painters to book private party space.

Put your name in Santa’s hat, pull someone else’s name out, and paint them a personalised mug they can keep forever (and think of you every time they have a cuppa!).

For groups of between 6-40 people.

Your pottery will be ready 8-10 days after painting.

Star Package - £38 per person (ages 10yrs+ only)

2 hours long. Minimum 9 attendees to book private party space.

You each get to throw a pot on the potter’s wheel which will be clear glazed a lovely shiny white, as well as have the chance to paint a small hanging ornament for your tree!

For groups of between 6-15 people.

This package is only available on weekdays, please contact us first to check availability as we need to ensure we have a throwing tutor in to teach.

Your pottery will be ready 3 weeks after your session.

Please change the quantity to how many people are attending, if you just select one (eg just £20), we cannot accept the booking.

Terms and Conditions

Minimum of 6 people for all of our packages, if numbers drop your booking will be changed to a standard painting session. If you are a group of 5 or less or don’t want to book a package, you can book in as normal, pay a table deposit, and then pay the cost of the pottery you pick on the day which is all individually priced. We cannot refund if any numbers drop within 48 hours of the session, but you will still be offered the piece of pottery you have paid for for the person unable to attend.

Our downstairs ‘party’ area can seat up to 20 people, our main shop floor the same amount. Private party space is not guaranteed - please email us to check ahead if you will have sole use of the party space. Please let us know of any access requirements as our party space is accessible only be stairs.

We have a strict 48 hour cancellation/refund policy, if numbers change or you need to cancel/reschedule we require this much notice ahead of the party, we cannot offer changes or refunds after this point.

Glazing and firing your painted pottery:

We try our best to ensure that the creative journey you take with us is fun and enjoyable. The final part of the journey involves the glazing and firing of your pottery. Sadly this is not an exact science and the kiln is sometimes unpredictable. While we strive for perfection it doesn’t happen all the time, particularly as these are hand-produced crafts. Glaze spotting can occur as well as things like brick dust on the items. Please be aware that although we try to control for these events it is not always possible to prevent. It can be the charm but also the frustration of working with ceramics. Sometimes, if we feel it is safe to do so, we will re-fire your pottery to try to fix glazing issues. In the unlikely event of your pottery breaking or cracking in the kiln we will of course offer compensation by way of a replacement voucher.
